iCoupon Online Terms and Conditions
1) Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
iCoupon Online is an online coupon company that offers a wide range of services that include, but are not limited to, business directories, new promotions, sales on gift certificates, business information, email services, feedback forms, and contact forms and all users are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, also referred to as (“TAC”). By agreeing to our TAC you agree to comply with all guidelines set forth by iCoupon Online. If you do not agree to our TAC or the “Privacy Policy” set forth by iCoupon Online than it is your own responsibility to cancel your account or quit service for the iCoupon Online social network. In addition iCoupon Online reserves the right to properly moderate or take necessary action to enforce any violations that occur within the iCoupon Online network. Additionally iCoupon Online is not required to take action all cases or situations, but reserves the right to take legal action when deemed necessary in accordance with the specified TAC.
2) Changes to iCoupon Online TAC
iCoupon Online reserves the right to alter or change this TAC agreement at any time. Changes will be reflected immediately within the iCoupon Online network and it is the responsibility of the user to stay updated on the latest changes to the TAC. iCoupon Online will notify users via email upon changes to the TAC, and the most recent version of the TAC can be found on the iCoupon Online website, www.icoupononline.com.
3) Content of iCoupon Online
As an iCoupon Online user you understand that all content within the network, such as, coupons, detailed business information, national promotions, forum posts, private messages, reviews, consumer feedback, friend requests, and user posted coupons, that are featured within the iCoupon Online network are the responsibility of the user or business owner from whom the information originated. Meaning, that a user, you are solely responsible for anything you post or submit within the iCoupon Online network, and in no way will iCoupon Online assume any responsibility for your actions or inappropriate content.
Additionally some content within the iCoupon Online does original from iCoupon Online, but a vast majority of content is not controlled or submitted directly by iCoupon Online. This means that information that may be inaccurate, offensive, inappropriate, and abusive, and iCoupon Online takes no responsibility for any content in nature of this manner that appears within the network. Also, in many cases users may be directed to links or websites outside of the iCoupon Online network and iCoupon Online takes no responsibility for the content of 3rd party websites. By choosing to click a link or visit a 3rd party website you are taking all risk upon yourself as user. At times 3rd party websites will contribute content to the iCoupon Online network, but all of this content is the responsibility of the 3rd party, and iCoupon Online will not be responsible for any content that is wrong in nature or any damages associated with outsiders. As a user you acknowledge that iCoupon Online does not pre-screen or pre-approve all content that is posted, and at times inappropriate material may be present. Although, iCoupon Online does reserve the right to remove any content deemed inconsistent with the goal and mission of iCoupon Online and will moderate content within the network.
4) Third Party Content and Websites
Within the iCoupon Online network content and links are made available by business contacts and affiliates and although iCoupon Online will do the best possible to make sure all content and links presented are both accurate and safe, the information presented by third part sites has no accurate bearing on the missions and philosophies of iCoupon Online. Links may direct users away from the iCoupon Online network and may take users to anything posted on the internet. Any third party websites visited by users within the iCoupon Online network are the responsibility of both the user and the third party websites. The iCoupon Online TAC and Privacy Policy only manage and govern the iCoupon Online network and domain, and have no bearing outside of its limits. iCoupon Online suggests to privately examine the terms associated with any third party sites before entering credit card information, personal information, or any other variety of security constraints. Additionally by agreeing to the TAC you agree that iCoupon Online is not liable for any problems, damages, losses, or issues arising from a third party link, despite the fact the link may have been featured on the iCoupon Online network. If a dispute were to arise from a third party website, iCoupon Online reserves the right to stay out of the legal or personal dispute between the user and third party. In some sections of the iCoupon Online website advertisements or affiliate links may be featured to which iCoupon Online has established affiliate relationships through a third party mediator. Although iCoupon Online has agreed to promote these businesses, the network does not claim to have an official relationship with each individual online retailer. Users who click through to one of our advertisers or affiliates do so at their own risk, and iCoupon Online cannot and will not take responsibility for any content outside of the iCoupon Online network.
5. Payment Services
All Payments are routed to Authorize.net, the internet’s leader in online payments via credit and debit card. Authorize.net has been an internet gateway for payments since 1996.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
- 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
- Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
- Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

6. Terms of Purchase
Users of the iCoupon Online network will have the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers within “The Daily Deal” section of iCoupon Online. It is solely within this section that goods will be for sale from a third party business association of iCoupon Online. All vouchers will be sold within iCoupon Online using a secure credit card network within the iCoupon Online servers. It is within this section of the website only that iCoupon Online has secure payment servers, and materials purchased or attempted to purchased outside of this section will not be the responsibility of iCoupon Online.
All deals presented within “The Daily Deal” section of iCoupon Online have been pre-negotiated with private business owners and are for sale by the owner of the individual business. Users will be charged the specified amount only, and iCoupon Online will not charge anything other than the agreed upon amount and will not store user credit cards for future payments. The vouchers purchased within this section of the website are only valid in consistency with the terms laid out for each individual deal or sale. iCoupon Online cannot validate all claims made by private business owners and is not responsible if the private business refuses a voucher for any reason. All vouchers have been pre-negotiated and business owners are also liable for upholding their agreed upon delivery of services consistent with the terms on the individual deal. After payment by user and proper delivery of voucher to user, iCoupon Online leaves the voucher redemption in the hands of the user and the third party business, and from this point forward iCoupon Online assumes no responsibility of claims, services, actions, or acceptance of the voucher.
A. Rightful Initiator of Voucher
iCoupon Online works to negotiate special offerings to participating vendors including beauty spas, restaurants, entertainment venues, golf courses, health centers and other small businesses. The offerings presented are solely owned and operated by each small business and iCoupon cannot guarantee that the services advertised will be delivered as expressed. Additionally all interaction with the business cannot be guaranteed or vouched for by iCoupon Online. As the purchaser of an iCoupon Online Voucher you take full responsibility for all events that take place on the small business premises. The small business owner is the rightful initiator of the gift voucher and disputes of service must be taken up directly with the small business owner.
B. Reproduction and Re-Sale
Each iCoupon Online Voucher is a unique certificate entitling the buyer to specific terms laid forth in the description of services. These vouchers cannot be re-sold for money, reproduced, or imitated. Violators may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
C. Expiration
All iCoupon Vouchers will expire on a set date. The date of expiration is laid forth at the outset. If redemption of the voucher is not completed before this date, neither iCoupon or the business presenting the voucher are held accountable.
D. Shipping Delays
iCoupon Online works to ensure that all orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering, and are normally delivered via USPS in 3-5 business days. If the order takes longer to arrive than expected, iCoupon is not responsible. We ask that you please also keep in mind any holidays, or events upcoming that may delay your delivery.
7. Coupon Imitation
iCoupon Online takes the act of coupon impersonation very seriously and has the right to prosecute individuals posing or claiming to have association with a business in which circumstance no relationship exists. All coupons located within the “Local Coupons” section are from a verified business, but iCoupon Online cannot verify the authenticity of validity of any coupon posted. Coupons are posted by an authorized individual from the business, nonetheless this does not mean in all cases coupons will be valid. As a user, you have no right to post coupons impersonating real business coupons, and only coupons that are associated with a valid business name should be consider “real”. iCoupon Online reserves the right to remove or moderate any coupons that are not perceived to be real or valid, but does not necessarily moderate all coupons
Although iCoupon Online reserves the right to take legal action against impersonation, the network also requires that all legal action must be taken up by the business that impersonation has been executed against. iCoupon Online is a paid listing service, and if impersonation occurs it will be the responsibility of the business to notify authorities and iCoupon Online officials that their business coupons, promotions, or deals or being inappropriately displayed.
As an iCoupon Online account holder, you understand that if you take part in coupon impersonation that you put yourself at risk to serious impersonation, copyright, and infringement laws that are subject to legal prosecution from either iCoupon Online, the rightful owner of the business, or legal authorities.
8. Privacy and Information Sharing

In order to take part in the iCoupon Online network you will be required to accept both the TAC and Privacy Policy. - After your purchase of “The Daily Deal” your information will be shared only with the third party business for which you (the user) has purchased a private voucher to this company. Information is provided to the business which has offered the deal that the user has purchased for the purpose of tracking by the business.
- In which case it is required by law or in good faith to help uphold legal standards, legal investigations, personal rights, or a violation of the TAC. iCoupon Online will comply with legal authorities to best uphold individual rights.
9. Conduct within the Network
As a user of iCoupon Online you understand that you are responsible for your own actions within the iCoupon Online network and service and shall not display, post, email, submit, or write anything;
a) considered harmful, unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harassing that infringes upon another’s privacy.
b) that impersonates any person, including an iCoupon Online official or employee, another user within the network, or a third party business associated with iCoupon Online. This includes the creation of a false name or claims to be associated with a business in any way without consent of the business.
c) harmful or damaging to a minor in any way.
d) which is pornographic. Anything that displays human beings, animals, children or other sexual nature is strictly prohibited.
e) that identifies or describes personal details about another person, including private information for safety reasons, without the consent of the specific consent of the person.
f) which is of copyright or legal protection, including patents and trademarks that belong to a third or outside party. Or displaying any content that you as a user do not have specific authorization to display.
g) that is misleading or false.
h) that links outside of the iCoupon Online network to a potentially damaging or harmful website. Links that are not approved by iCoupon Online.
i) that contains a software or computer virus. Anything which is designed to cause damage to an individual’s computer or the iCoupon Online network.
j) that qualifies as excessive amounts of content posting, emailing, or submissions. Any excessive content that is deemed by iCoupon Online to negatively affect the network.
10. Conduct towards others
By agreeing to the iCoupon Online TAC you agree that you will not disrupt other members of the network by doing any of the following:
a) by soliciting or contacting anyone that has asked not to be solicited or contacted.
b) by harassing anyone, or repeatedly contacting them.
c) by collecting data about users for any illegal activity or misuse of such information.
d) by attempting to gain unlawful and unauthorized access to the iCoupon Online computer, internet, or server system.
e) by using any automated post, submission, or coupon creation tool that takes out the manual process of users posting. Spamming will not be tolerated and will result and cancellation of iCoupon Online network use.
11. Zero Spam Toleration
Spamming the iCoupon Online system, users, or businesses is strictly prohibited. Spamming is considered illegal by many federal and state laws and iCoupon Online will enforce the right to block, remove, or cancel any users that participate in spamming. Spam may be considered automated posting, excessive posting, excessive emails, prohibited emails, unauthorized posts, unauthorized emails, and any other activity deemed inappropriate by iCoupon Online or legal authorities.
12. Service Limits
By agreeing to the TAC set forth by iCoupon Online you agree that the network may control the amount of content you post, submit, email, or distribute within the network. In addition iCoupon Online is not responsible for any content saved or shared within the network that disappears, is no longer stored or saved. From time to time iCoupon Online reserves the right to remove content or information at the discretion of the network. Also, iCoupon Online may discontinue any account at any time for any reason.
13. Accessing iCoupon Online
iCoupon Online gives you the right to use the network for your own personal use and as a beneficial tool to you. Unless specifically authorized by iCoupon Online you cannot for any reason duplicate content contained within the iCoupon Online network, servers, or databases. All information is stored and posted for the benefit of the community and cannot be reproduced without specific rights and consent of both iCoupon Online and a third party business. iCoupon Online does allow you to share content, post hyperlinks, or embed content, so long as it falls under a non-commercial license. Users are free to email, share, and link to content within the iCoupon Online network so long as it is not falsely duplicated or misrepresented in any way.
Additionally iCoupon Online offers XML and RSS feeds for a variety of coupons within the network. All RSS feeds are allowed to be aggregated into websites, blogs, and third party applications so long as:
- Feeds are correctly linked and properly titled;
- Acknowledgement of iCoupon Online as the source of content is displayed;
- You do not tamper with or suggest that iCoupon Online supports your site, link, software, blog, or application;
- You do not re-distribute iCoupon Online content for commercial gain, and if you do, you must first obtain proper authorization directly from iCoupon Online;
Any XML or RSS feed is owned by iCoupon Online and your right to use such feeds can be revoked at any time.
14. User Termination or Network Termination
iCoupon Online reserves the right to terminate an account, remove a user, or delete activities at anytime for any reason. iCoupon Online has the right to take such action if it is believed that the user, account holder, member, or individual has participated in the network in a manner that violates the TAC or Privacy Policies laid forth in this document. iCoupon Online is also no obligated to take action in all situations or occurrences, but will the best discretion to moderate or remove inconsistent behavior within the iCoupon Online network. iCoupon Online is not responsible for the loss of any personal information, contacts, data, posts, blogs, pictures, videos, coupons, or other form of content lost in the termination or removal of a user or account. Additionally you agree that if your account has been terminated that it will then be in violation to attempt to use the service another account or alias.
15. Property Rights of iCoupon Online
By accepting the TAC of iCoupon Online you agree that content displayed within the network is the property of iCoupon Online and its affiliates, including third party businesses or websites. Plagiary, forgery, or modification of content that originates from iCoupon Online is strikly prohibited without the written consent of iCoupon Online. Additionally the source code, applications, plug-ins, and other coding associated with the network is the property of iCoupon Online and cannot be copied or modified for commercial gain. iCoupon Online does not claim ownership for all of the content that you produce as a user. Nonetheless, by posting any content within the iCoupon Online network you agree that iCoupon Online has the right to distribute, use, promote, aggregate, and display the content in any way that necessary for business operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
Content contained within the iCoupon Online network may originate from a variety of sources including users, businesses, affiliates, or iCoupon Online officials, and is provided as it originated from the author. You agree that by becoming a member of iCoupon Online you do so at your own risk and you may be subject to content that you are not comfortable with. iCoupon Online disclaims responsibilities to the fullest extent any third party claims, promises, or warranties. Outside merchants will use iCoupon Online do advertise their service, and all claims made by these merchants are private issue and are not controlled or validated by iCoupon Online. Additionally, in no circumstance will iCoupon Online be held responsible for any damages or harm that arise from your use of the iCoupon Online network.
17. Legal Liability
You agree not to hold iCoupon Online and all participants in the form of owners, employees, or contractors not liable and harmless for all potential issues with a third party, which include legal fees, state fees, federal fees, or any other costs based on the content posted within the iCoupon Online network. If you require iCoupon Online to participate in your defense for any reason it is done so at your own expense.
18. General Agreement
The agreement of this TAC waives supersedes any other previous agreements you may have had with iCoupon Online. This TAC is governed under the laws of the State of California, and legal disagreements will be settled under the California law and in the courts of the state capitol in Sacramento, California.
